Pre Design Report

Our Pre Design tree report is recommended for informed design development through assessment of trees and vegetation on site. This ensures your development plans align with council environmental and regulatory requirements to avoid costly design changes later. The tree report includes a basic assessment with tree inventory with Tree Protection Zones (TPZ).

You may require these arborist reports if you are putting together design concepts and plans and would like to make informed decisions to avoid costly design changes down the track.

Development Impact Assessment Report

Our Arboricultural Impact Assessment Report, essential for Planning Submissions, evaluates trees affected by proposed development. The tree report includes a tree inventory, Tree Protection Zones (TPZs), structural root zones and recommendations for tree protection and construction methods.

You may require these arborist reports if there are trees on or around your property and you are submitting plans for council approval.
